Veneer
I have a small collection of exotic and domestic wood veneers. While I don't have a lot of variety, I figured this would be a good way to keep track of what I have and might be something Bellingham WA area folks would find useful. You are welcome to buy these veneers, have me build you something with them (veneer @ cost), or anything in between (seaming, banding, layups, etc.)
Veneer prices are per sheet. You can get 20% off by buying 10 or more sheets from up to 5 lots or 50% off if you buy all the available sheets in a lot.
Closeup images (click to enlarge) are of 8.5 x 11" samples and taken by me in natural light (Afrormosia is the only exception). Some of the other images were taken by the folks I bought the veneers from. To browse all images visit the Image Gallery. Click the bold text at the top of image pages for details about that veneer.
Most of these veneers are 1/42" or 1/50" (~.5mm) thick and all are single ply (no backer). All leaves/sheets are in sequence.
16-Jul-2011: Added Alder, Etimoe, Eucalyptus Burl and Red Gum.
27-Sep-2011: Added Ako, Cherry, Eucalyptus Burl, Western Maple, White Oak.
